I can offer lead or backing vocals, percussion and live or session audio mixing....Photography for bands, concerts, musicians and vocalists.

Hey Rob - your vocal chords ARE your instrument! I know you know this already but, session singers are as valuable as players in session work. Don't short-change yourself. LOL!!

In addition to full time church/concert/conference etc. vocal ministry I LOVE doing session work as well. Song demos, BGV's, even in-studio vocal coaching, etc. The only limits are the one's that we vocalists put on ourselves.

Get out there singers and expand your horizons!! ...record a short demo of session work you've done ...contact your local studios and let them know you are available. There are no limits where God is concerned!

Hi, Dennis.

I've never been interested in running any kind of studio, home or otherwise. Lots of guys out there that are great at it, and I'd rather hire them to do what they do best!!

However, I have a room that I do all my arranging & composing work. I'm using a computer-based recording system, for arranging and recording my piano & kybd trks. Anything else, and I go to a studio to record.

I'll post my setup in the discussion 'Putting together your own recording setup..." sometime soon.

HoWdY!! and God Bless you all!

My Home Studio is a small yet capable setup where I am doing some home recording in my basement and doing outside gigs at as well. Funds are quite limited so my equipment I've collected fits in the CHEAP zone. LOL!
What kind of setup do you folks have to work with?
What do you consider to be the barest MINIMUM that someone starting out can do a good quality performance with?
I look forward to your input on these questions.
